Registration Closing

The time is almost here! It has been nearly 4 months since the registration for the One Tree Hill Fan reunion opened & the registration is ready to close. Thats right... there are ONLY 10 days left to register.

As of today we ONLY have 23 spots remaining. For the estimated price to how much things will cost please check out this blog post

I will be available to answer questions via email or twitter.

Please remember that the ABSOLUTE last day to register is December 20th. If you do not have the full amount that is OK... you have until January 3rd to make your final payment. Just remember that the hotel, if you choose to stay at the Hilton & reserve it through me, MUST be paid by December 20th. But just to reserve your spot it is $40 per person & the remainder MUST be paid by January 3rd.

PLEASE NOTE: After December 20th, if you cancel you WILL NOT receive a refund.

So if you come by & read the FAQ & decide you are interested, request an estimate by filling out the form below, I will then send you a personalized estimate to how much the reunion will cost you. Free Wrsitbands- How to get one!

I am ordering a little more wristbands than I actually need for the reunion. I expect to have 35-40 wristbands left over. Therefore, I am giving away whatever I have left over. If you would like one, all you need to do is mail me a self stamped envelope... I will then start mailing them all out the week before the reunion.

Cast Meet Reminders

THIS IS A REMINDER- I DO NOT PROMISE CAST MEETINGS!

I would like to remind everyone that this reunion is being planned by a private party- someone who isn't related to the show whatsoever.

With that said- I'd like to let everyone know that I DO NOT guarantee/promise ANY meet & greets or meeting with anyone. With our filming tour we MAY run into filming & who knows if anyone will come over & say hello to us, but as per my part, Id like to make clear that we will NOT meet anyone, I don't want anyone to think that I am promising any type of meeting.


I got that question A LOT last time & I thought I would make clear of that at the beginning this time. Thank you!

**I have tried to coordinate a meet & greet but unfortunately it is very costly & the way things are going we would NEVER have enough to get ONE actor to come & see us for 1-2 hrs.

Here's a little hint... I wont name names... but when I went after a meet & greet- one actor's management told me their actor would cost $5K for 2 hrs, plus airfare, hotel stay, & the duplication of pictures for autographs. Thought Id put that little, small info out there!

I have gone ahead & purchased the gift bags that will be distributed during the reunion, I have also decided as a small goodie to include it with the shirt sales. I have purchased 75 gift bags & I have sold with the reunion approximately 38 shirts sold. As soon as I hit 75 shirts I will sell them out.

Today's Registrations

Today is one of the "last days" to register. Starting tomorrow there will be a $10 late fee for anyone who registers until December 20th. Also remember there are ONLY 30 spots remaining. So if you are interested, here is a couple things to think about so you can register quicker w/o having to send me a questionnaire form.

The following prices includes: Event fee, which includes- shirt, filming tour, lunch, dinner, welcome packet, orientation, registration fees. Additionally included is the studio tour price & the $5 deposit for the Sunday dinner.

  • For any off site registrant your approximate price will be about $110.00
  • Singleton roommate which includes 2 nights in the Hilton hotel will be approx: $190.00
  • Couple Roommates, which MAY NOT be offered or maybe canceled is approx $170.00
  • Double occupancy, YOUR OWN room for 2 nights is approx- $200.00 per person.
  • Triple Occupancy, YOUR OWN room for 2 nights is - $175.00 ( less if you have a 4th person in the room)
PLEASE NOTE: ALL prices above are per person. You are more than welcome to stay more nights, you just add $69 or $79 a night & divide that by 2 or $79/ $89 by 3 or 4. Wilmington Flights

I havent checked on flights to Wilmington in a while b/c I already bought my plane tickets, but thought I would take a look. Seems like the rates have gone down & stayed down. My flight from Ft. Lauderdale to ILM (Wilmington) with US Air leaving on Saturday morning is $157 with taxes. It is about the same price with Delta as well.

*Leaving out of LAX to ILM with Delta- $350 with taxes & US Air- $248.

*Leaving PHX to ILM on US Air- $312

*Leaving ORD (Chicago) to ILM- $214

These are just a few examples. Looks like US Air is the cheaper route to go right now. These prices have been around a while but book quickly b/c you never know when the prices may go back up!

Remember these flights are leaving out on Saturday & returning Tuesday or Wednesday. Hope this helps.

New Reunion Changes

UPDATES & CHANGES HAVE BEEN MODIFIED IN RED & OLD INFO IS CROSSED OUT AS OF NOVEMBER 24TH @ 5:55PM.

As of Today, I have decided to make a couple changes to the reunion. Good changes I hope, that will help everyone that would like to go to the reunion but cant decide RIGHT now & need more time. Please be aware these new changes CAN change at any time, I have extended days to register & make payments, I am trying to help but I also need to be able to keep things in control due to changing all these things to 2 weeks before the event. Here are the new changes:

  • Registration & ALL final payments (minus hotel balances) are now extended until January 3rd, 2010. (All payments after December 1st will be made via PayPal)
  • Late registrations will start on December 20th & a $10 late fee will be accessed. (Event fees & A La Carte) There will Be NO LATE Registrations.
  • A La Carte will now be available to any NEW registrants. There are 3 different packages, none will include ALL the event activities, these packages are set & can NOT be alternated in any way- A La Carte will close on December 20th.
  • Starting December 20th, all new registrations with hotel accommodation at the Hilton will have to be reserved separately. I will NOT accept anymore Hilton reservations after this date. registrations will close, & ONLY payments will be accepted until January 3rd, 2010.
  • Any registrations with a hotel reservation booked through the registration site- the hotel balance MUST be paid in FULL by December 20th, 2009. If not paid, your hotel reservation will be canceled. There will be a 15% cancellation fee that will be adjusted to your final balance after the hotel charge has been removed from your account.
  • Please be aware that any registration cancellation done any day from December 23rd 20th until the day of the event will have a cancellation charge of 100% of the entire total. Your Credit card WILL be charged for any balances owed.
  • Any & all new registrations after December 26th, will NOT be eligible for partial payments, your registration will have to be paid in FULL. Registration closes on December 20th & a minimum $40 payment must be made on this day to reserve your spot to the One Tree Hill Fan Reunion.
  • Registrations done from December 1st to December 25th 20th are ONLY eligible to make 2 payments, from day of registration until January 3rd- NO EXCEPTIONS.

Summer Fan Reunion

So alot of people are asking me if I would do another fan reunion, I havent made up my mind. I am still waiting to see the success of this 1st one & to see a HUGE interest in the summer one to even consider it. I called the Hilton & I have already gotten prices, so here's what I got... this poll WILL stay around for a couple months & if I see a HUGE interest then I will make the announcement in March & start registering in Mid April.

  • Dates being considered is July 25th to the 27th/28th or August 8th to the 10th/11th.
  • Hilton rates during the summer for the group will be $99 a night
  • I am expecting my vendors to drop the price for me b/c this would be my 2nd reunion, so I would assume the event fee to be about $70-$80 per person. Probably less because there would NOT be an episode showing.
Now this reunion will ONLY take place IF- there IS a season 8. If there is not, I will NOT do it.

One Tree Hill Fan Reunion Shirt Giveaway- Has Ended!

I have decided to close down the contest. There were ONLY a few contestants & I dont feel like it was doing any good. I will announce the TWO (2) winners tomorrow! I will decide how I will give away the other shirts at another time! Thank you!

You could be the winner of 1 of the 5 reunion shirts being given away within the next 2 weeks- here is what you need to do to qualify.

Starting on Sunday, November 15th you can enter to win a shirt by helping us promote the One Tree Hill Fan reunion. Here's how it will work:

For each thing you do & can provide evidence for it is an entry to the contest.

To qualify you need to help advertise the reunion around the world wide web, you can go anywhere that you think fans will see it: Myspace, Facebook, Bebo, etc. along with Twitter, One Tree hill fan sites, oth related actor fan sites, blogs, gossip sites (ausiello, watch with kristen, just jared) anywhere you can think of. Now please DO NOT be pushy about it, dont break any terms & condition from any of these sites, please DO NOT annoy any owner. At the end of this post there will be a sample blurb of what the ad should say. Be creative & help this cause out.

Now ways for you to get extra entries... if you tweet to OTH, any oth actor or ANY CW twitter & they tweet what u requested, you will get 3 extra entries, remember to send me the tweet so you can get the points, now how will I know that you were REALLY the person who sent the info to that twitter or site?

At the bottom of this post there will be a link to a form, each time you send info to someone you will come right back to this form & give me the information so I can go back & check on it, so if something is tweeted I will know who it came from.

There will be another way to gain points, but I will not reveal it so we dont have any "frauds."

You will know if you gained those points at the end of the contest.

Your last way to get extra points will be to donate towards the reunion, a maximum of $5 will be accepted per person & for each dollar you donate will be the amount of entries going into the contest. The original closing day for the registration was November 30th, I have now changed that date for December 4th. The LAST day for this contest is Monday, November 30th- make sure that any & all ads are posted & reported by the end of that day. I will announce the winners Tuesday, December 1st in the late afternoon.

Major GOOD Changes... coming soon!

I think I am crazy, but I want this reunion to be a SUCCESS. I know I have tried everything in my power to make this reunion convenient for everyone.

I have offered free hotel upgrades, free shirts & finally I dropped the price of the reunion itself.

I am considering extending the registration until January 5th, that way its AFTER Christmas & closer to the date & people know exactly what their plans are.

I am working out all the plans NOW & trying to figure out what will be best for everyone, including myself- the last couple days will be chaotic for me & my partner but all I want is for this reunion to be a success, Sooooo many people wanted me to do this & then at the last minute backed out, so I am hoping those that couldnt before, could now.

I will post all final decisions on Friday! I hope I am NOT making a mistake!

As some of you may say & hear, there have been more people cancelling their spot for the reunion. I would like to make clear that I will NOT cancel the reunion, even if there is ONLY 5 of us, I will NOT cancel. It will cost me too much $$. So I would like to make it clear to anyone that if you are STILL thinking about it, please feel free to register.

My plane tickets are bought already so I WILL be in Wilmington no matter what!
